Updated internal monitoring to detect HTTP errors alongside latency issues. This issue was not detected immediately as the migration to a new monitoring system resulted in the loss of some alarms.

All services have recovered successfully. The root cause was an unexpected shutdown of the nginx service.

All services are reporting a 521 error. This issue is being investigated.
